Executive Director

Roland KWEMAIN is the founder of ADCOME. He is an ICT consultant and has over 8 years of working experience managing the organization. He pioneered the introduction of the CIAC project which later evolved to the MTN School Connectivity Program (MTN SCP). He holds a BSc. in Marketing from the University of Douala and a Diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility from the World Bank Institute.  He worked with Air Afrique before establishing ADCOME in 1999.

Mr KWEMAIN is an alumnus of AIESEC and currently a member of Junior Chamber International (JCI), which he has served as 2006 National President of JCI Cameroon. In 2007 he was member of the JCI Board of Directors, as JCI Vice President. He is Married and father of two kids.

Administrative Director

TATAW NDAKOR TABE is working with ADCOME for two years now and is a graduate from the University of Buea with a BSc. in Political Science. He worked as a Trainee on ADCOME´s Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship (YLE) Program.

TATAW has a rich background in the field of leadership as he occupied numerous functions in student associations and nongovernmental associations before joining ADCOME.

He is an alumnus of the Government High School Buea and a member of JCI, which he has served as Local President, Secretary General and as 2008 JCI Cameroon Vice President.

Information and Technology (IT) Director

NTUI Justine OBIM is a recent staff in ADCOME. She is an alumnus of Our Lady of Lourdes College in Cameroon, and went for further studies in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. She is a Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified System Administrator and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator. She pilots the affairs of the ADCOME IT Academy (AITA) which offers professional certifications (Microsoft and CISCO) and computer classes.

Human Resource Manager/Project and Program Development Manager

Calisus ANDOH TAKU has worked with ADCOME for three years. His experience qualified him to be promoted from the office of Financial Manager to the current position where he is responsible for supporting and developing new partnerships throughout the country and beyond. He is a graduate from the University of Buea with a BSc. in Accountancy. He is an AIESEC alumnus and consultant, as well as member of JCI Buea Summit, where he serves as Local Vice President.

Assistant Human Resource and Program Development Manager

TINEFEH Frederick is an enthusiastic and dynamic young Cameroonian equipped with skills in Projects Writing and Business Management. He is a new breed into the ADCOME Family.

He holds a Degree in Socio-Anthropology from the University of Buea, Diploma in Marketing Management, and a Certificate in Forestry Exploitation. Currently, Assistant Human Resource and Program Development Manager of ADCOME.

He is a guru in preparing youths for leadership positions and an alumnus of Government Technical High School Kumba. He is an identified trainer in the making under the platform of Junior Chamber International (JCI).

Public Relation Officer

Calsidine Laure TOUFO, has over 4 years working experience. She studied journalism and mass communication in Buea-Cameroon and has contributed immensely to ADCOME. She is a member of JCI and also the personal assistant to the JCI world Vice President, Mr Roland KWEMAIN.

IT System Administrator

CHUNGA Emmanuela Bi has worked in ADCOME for a year. She is a Cameroonian and has a BSc. Chemistry (minor Physics) from the University of Dschang, Cameroon. She has equally worked in several IT Institutions in Cameroon before joining ADCOME. As an IT system Administrator, she ensures that both Office and school´s computers are up to date before usage.
