Since its creation, ADCOME has been active in the scene, as a sustainable community development actor, placing more emphasis in bridging the digital divide, thereby helping poorer communities to incorporate different approaches to development in order to cope with the increasing challenges of globalization.
ADCOME would not be able to carryout dynamic projects without the support of other organizations in its goal to "Bridging IT and Education." However, there is still a need for more partners to be involved in the various projects and programs
